Most riots have started in Sandy Ground. The district representative is Cedrick Andre and when the group does not get their way they riot. I understand the yellow jacket riots in France but it has nothing to do with SXM. If a leader wants to make Sandy Ground a thriving area for locals and tourists don’t riot! It is not a threat that has any good for tourism or the children that look to their representatives for security any hope for the future.
