Ms. Linda, you are exactly right, this is for the month of November. Some restaurants will continue their offers past November, or change things up, but it is an individual decision and not part of the promotion of the Dutch side of the island's dining experiences and food promotion. I believe this is the 4th year for this particular promotion.
The French side does something similar, for a shorter timeframe, during the month of November, called The Gastronomy Festival. The Gastronomy Festival will make its grand return this year from November 11 to 22, 2024.
