Another must in my view is a visit to Parotte Ville, a parrot sanctuary run by George Parotte (hence the spelling). There are dozens of types of parrots, and they will eat seeds out of a cup you are provided. Or they may land on your shoulder or head. It's a delightful way to spend an hour or two.
