I use RBC and CIBC. There is still the main RBC Caribbean branch in Philipsburg with an ATM.

I did miss the RBC branch in Simpson Bay, plus the RBC ATM at Carrefour. They were both very handy. But this year I noticed there is now an RBC ATM in Simpson Bay village on Airport Road. It's on the right-hand side as you come from the airport in the St. Maarten Diagnostic Centre front parking lot.
