In Grand Case there are a couple of places. Rainbow, Captain. Frenchies, Quai come to mind. Grand Case Beach Club has a small restaurant/bar on a peninsular named Sunset Cafe. Great sunset views.
Anse Marcel (beyond GC airport, left at the rotary then left again) has a beautiful beach but the places to eat there are expensive and not really bars. But worth a visit.
