I agree with the two car thing. Several years ago, a friend rented a van, which I had to drive some and it was not fun trying to park. In March 2023 the rental agency I used upgraded me to a Chevy Traverse (which I have at home), it was great for the extra room but trying to park it was a problem at some places, as in the St. Maarten Yacht Club.
If you are set on a van (or a Chevy Traverse), I would recommend Hardy's Car Rental.
Hardy's Link The Traverse will seat 7 when using the 3rd row and 8 if it has a bench seat in the second row. It would be much easier than a van, IMHO.
