We like Blind Creek Beach near Ft. Pierce, FL. Beautiful beach, lots of room (especially weekdays) to get semi-alone if wanted, lots of friendly folks/couples if you want company, etc. Decent accommodations a few miles away. If you like more action, try Haulover Beach near Miami.
