I posted on an earlier thread about a business being up for sale. I took a post from that thread, added to it information from a friend(realtor) on the island and jumped to the conclusion that I had the right answer. Although there is a restaurant for sale in Porto Cupecoy, (which is not revealed in the real-estate listing,) it is obviously not Rendez-vous Lounge as the owner has spoken out and corrected the record. I apologize for being so far off base.
** As a side note, the Rendezvous Bar listed in the prior thread by the OP is actually in Ontario Canada.
