Barbara and I have wanted to share this for a bit now but was waiting for an official statement and have yet to find one. As many of you may have noticed you haven’t seen any posts from Irina. Irina had been a member here for many years and was always quick with her “witty” and sometimes “quite spirited” responses. As a true New Yorker, she just wanted to get back to life in the city and she finally moved back to NYC after living in SXM and then Miami. Sadly, Irina passed away suddenly due to natural causes in mid January. Her husband Michael passed away as well about a month or so later. Very sad situation all around. She was a fun person with a heart of gold and will be missed dearly by those who knew her personally.
