Looks a lot more like a peacock as they are more personable than a pheasant and not sure you eat peacock

Surprised as tuna tar tar usually isn't cooked

I believe that Jai is upping his menu which has been pretty much the same the last two years and yes that shank looks great

Hopefully you have some more restaurants visits to share as I know you enjoy dining out and are a fair critic
