I called Sunchaser office earlier today and spoke with (i think) Kay, who even suggested I call their competitors (it was a "Miracle on 34th Street/Kris Kringle sends the Macy's customer to Gimbel's" moment). Could not have been more wanting to help me as much as they could. I get the customer for life part..
