My son and his wife just booked to be with us for five days in October and they are both committed vegans (strictly plant-based foods). We plan to get them to the grocery quickly but I am wondering if many restaurants have some vegan meals besides salads. Freedom Fighters Ital Shack will undoubtedly be one of their choses (and it's close to The Belair).

Does anyone have any knowledge or experience with vegan?
