I am trying to verify if there are any hurdles for departing the BVI on a privately owned boat(US Flagged, based in BVI). Email to C&I has not been answered yet (only been a few days).
I am aware of the USVI portal and plans would be to check into USVI at Cruz Bay. All are Vaccinated.
Specifically, is there anything needed prior to going to C&Ithe day before departure?
