It is a great looking building but a bit out of place. Miami Beach would be a better spot. Just wonder with all that glass how it will do in the next major hurricane and one will come. VERY expensive to buy there. So many better Real Estate properties for the money. IMO
Well, my friends who were brokers of the units in Blue Mall, and also owned and lived in the BM...will tell you NOT VERY WELL! The windows busted, Irma came straight through. They lost their belongings, pets, and almost their lives.
