Do you have a source for Question 3 my friend? Not doubting you but would like to know the answer....
I could not find an official government source but I did speak to a charter group on the beach last weekend that had that experience. They were released from quarantine, turned in their tracking devices, and received a follow up email indicating they had to return to quarantine due to a positive test on their ferry.
