Sorry for the delay, guys. We had a huge power surge here yesterday. Knocked out the a/c, telephone and internet, blew three battery backups, a bunch of lightbulbs AND my KEURIG!! Still assessing what other damage, although thankfully, got a/c back. Anyway, I will be offline most of the day. So I will close this one.
