Don't know where you are in the DC area, but you may want to check out all three locations. Avalon Resort is less than 90 minutes from Fairfax and is run as a resort rather than as a "club" so you can visit it as often as you want without being required to purchase a membership after your third visit, unlike most other nudist venues.
The benefit of chosing to become a member is a large reduction in lodging fees for each visit and no "day fees" since you pay annual dues instead.
