That happened to me with AA, I no longer use them to fly to XM. They used to have non stops and one time I bought a round trip non sop, well.....all of a sudden they changed it to having a stop. I called AA and blew my top and told them that this is not what I paid for and they need to refund my money ASAP, as I was not getting what I paid for...They did it. try it...They always to this, so I fly Delta or Jet blue to SXM.
