Sapphire has been open for some time. Not all rooms but quite a few.
Any idea if the elevators are in full operation yet? I thought tinitially they opened a few lower floor rooms but elevators were not operational at the time. It would not be beyond Diamond Resorts to mislead people. Thanks.
