I too miss the old Leverick and the great service from the hardest working couple.

$1.50 per foot is cheap for a dock slip in most places on this earth.

I'm not sure how they gave away slips as long as they did.

Nantucket, Newport, Ft. Lauderdale, etc. A transient boat could pay as much as $12.00 or more per foot- Med Moored in Nantucket!
Yes, water and ice are extra.
