Tim has it! - I can add when you enter the lobby from the street, that is level 2. From the lobby you walk down the stairs [or use the elevator] to the pool / ground level - level 1. Level 1 units will be walk outs with a patio, all others have a balcony Note when Tim says from the lobby he means from the elevator - same thing
