sxmmartini Traveler Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 7,664 Likes: 3 Vermont, North Carolina	I have walked that path from Philipsburg to Bobbys Marina and it is unsafe. I feel a walkway for cruiseship visitors that is away from the road is a good idea.
