Beautiful pictures! We were on a Celebrity cruise ship the week of Luis. We were scheduled to go Eastern Caribbean and the ship was diverted to the western Caribbean. The ocean that trip was the CALMEST I ever remember seeing it, especially just outside Grand Cayman. It was spooky. Back then the level of immediate information was miniscule, compared to what we have now, but we knew that SXM was getting pounded and we marveled at how calm it was, where we were. .
