..or should I say WETTER!! Florida has been getting rain for the past 10 days or so and it looks like Alberto may come to visit with some more big rains! Looks like much of the Southeast is going to get drenched. Not a great forecast for a holiday weekend. How am I supposed to cook spareribs in the rain??? Well, OK, how is ERIC supposed to cook them??
