www.beachsidevillas.com for pictures of the units and the beach, which is marvelous! All the units are open and available for rent, as of now. Their website hasn't been updated to show it, but all units now have a/c in the living room, in addition to the bedrooms. Unlike several of the other places along Simpson Bay, they charge only 5% tax in addition to the room rate. Many of the other places along Simpson Bay charge 15% service charge in addition to the hotel tax (which by the way IS 5%, not more than that, as some places claim!!!) Depending on when you are going in December, the prices go up significantly, so if you can book the offseason rates, it is quite a good deal, at $175 per night for a one bedroom, plus 5%. Can't remember what the two bedroom rate is, as we always go by ourselves! If you have any questions, I would be happy to answer.
