I'm kind of confused as to where this actually is, in relation to what's there now, as there's not really an open space of beach like that. I wonder if it is where they have the kiosks for the cruise pax now.
From the picture I am completely confused as to where this will be. Given that the concept shot has the open water and a rock/island behind it, makes it appear on the lagoon side? But that cannot be as there wouldn't be sand?
