Thanks! Everyone's feed back is so helpful... keep it coming please. There is so many amenities I did not even think of. I had kept it very simple for my husband and myself. My At&t service gives me enough data for my usage but I can understand when renting how important in house internet would be. I do everything on an ipad and wifi printer in New York.
