That video was carefully shot to avoid the bad stuff. Look carefully and you see boarded up Il Nettuno, no Auberge Gormande, a glimpse of the shattered Tastevin. That said, I think they are in remarkably good shape.
I also hear that they are pouring concrete at GCBC. ;-)
