Wow, just checked Delta prices from here (Knoxville, TN) to SXM via ATL in June. Just over $3700 for (2) tickets!!!! Even if we drive to ATL (3 hours from us), it's still $2095 for (2) tickets. American from CLT not much better.
It's actually cheaper for us to fly Jet Blue from CLT to JFK, then JFK to SXM, even with an overnight stay at a hotel in NY on the return.
Disgusted at the price gouging that's going on.
