I believe she deals mostly with Dream Yachts. They have policies similar to the Moorings. If the week is legitimately sold you should have no issues. The base is likely to not even know you are not a paid charter. Occasionally you may find a owner selling a week he can't contractually sell. This could cause issues. The best defense is the charter contract should have your name on it and come from the charter company. G
