All depends upon severity of damage.
Belair Beach Hotel on Little Bay (our resort) has announced that they will be operational December 1, 2017. I think we will see other resorts that expect to be open for business considerably sooner than some of the resorts with extensive damage.
I am not minimizing the lasting effects of Irma on SXM but those structures with little damage don't make the news.
