AquaGirl--there is a HUGE thread on the SXM forum regarding AA. You can check there for ideas, but my first suggestion is that you CALL BACK AGAIN to get a different agent. Most likely you will be able to cancel and just get your money back. If the person on the phone gives you guff, ask to speak to a supervisor.
