Day trips certainly are not "sailing" per se - but perhaps you simply want a day or two/three on the water - rather than be onboard 24hrs/day
There are several really great day-trip captains on Tortola I will always vouch for Gary of Kuralu.. Jason may be willing to vouch for additional/others
