looks to be going North of the islands by a good margin. https://my.sfwmd.gov/sfwmd/common/images/weather/plots/storm_94FROM NHC Marine Looking ahead, winds and seas will start to increase by late Fri east of the Lesser Antilles ahead of a vigorous tropical wave and attendant surface low pressure area, currently in the tropical eastern Atlantic. Although shower and thunderstorm activity is currently disorganized in association with this broad area of low pressure, environmental conditions are expected to be conducive for some gradual development of this system later this week while it moves toward the west-northwestward at about 10 kt.
