We arrived in San Juan on American Airlines on Saturday May 27th with carry-on luggage. We made our way to the gate where our plane was departing. Since it was 2 hours before our flight no one was there. We were assured that someone from Inter Caribbean would arrive to check us in. They did and all was good. At first they could not access the system from there and just took pictures of our passports and sent them to the main desk to check us in. Our larger carry ons were stored in the luggage at boarding and given back to us when we landed. We did not have to exit the arrival area and go through security again. When we left EIS on June 6 we arrived at 7:30am for a 9:30 flight. Since it was not a weekend it was too early but I had a nervous travel partner. Excellent customer service before and during the trips. On time departure and early arrivals. I highly recommend them. It was much cheaper than booking straight through with American. On the SJU-PHL leg we had a 5 hour layover and stored our luggage with the porter and went into old San Juan. Since we did not check bags and are TSA pre check we zipped through security. There were long lines to check bags at American that I was happy to by pass. Also Uber to Old San Juan was $10 and the taxi was $22
