ON our last visit we met a couple at the beach bar and struck up a conversation. The usual, where you from, how long you staying, what have you done? Turns out they were leaving the next day. They very nervous and frustrated about the departure. Apparently their car rental experience was a nightmare. With crazy long lines of people dropping off and picking up their vehicles. It took them at least two + hours to get squared away and they expected the same when leaving. They asked me about my rental. Told them about Kenny's and Leslie, and how his pick up and drop off is speed and simplicity at its best. I think they were going to cry....they certainly took notes.
