everyone always likes this one;
HOT ARTICHOKE DIP
1/2 Cup mayo
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
4- med green onions, chopped (1/4 cup)
1-can (16oz) artichoke hearts, drained and cut into small pieces
cracker--or cocktail bread
mix all ingredients. put in pie pan, heat until slightly brown and bubbly. serve with crackers or bread
