Antigua is very British. Hubby kept forgetting to drive on the opposite side of the road. Locals stop mid road to chat with a friend they happen to see. And they do it for a long time. When we were there hotel staff told us to just sit and wait and to not blow horn or complain.

Hubby brought a jacket and wore it when we went outside our hotel to eat. Some men wore them some didn't.

Food was way more expensive than SXM. The town had little to offer. Better shopping in SXM. More yachts than in SXM. And the usual cruise ships. Expensive transportation. Cheaper to rent a car.

Be sure to tour the island it's beautiful. And stop at the "blow hole".
