We also use as a great desert. Instead of putting back in oil after flattening, put in browned butter and cook until edges are browned, sprinkle with raw sugar and a GOOD (or two or three) splash of rum. When the pan settles down, add diced fresh pineapple and mango. Let cool for a few minutes. Serve over vanilla bean ice cream.
