The half marathon on 3 Dec marks the end of the racing season here (madness that we run through the summer.....). A group meets at the track every Tuesday morning and there is a brilliant run / yoga session every Thursday morning from Nanny Cay. Other than that people post on BVI Running Community about post work runs they are doing. If you go on there with the same question, you will probably get lots of responses.
