Many restaurants will be closing at the end of the month for vacation. We dined at Astrolab last night and seriously had one of the best meals of our many years of visiting the island. Service was genuine. Food was presentation was flawless. Seating is romantic around the pool with ceiling fans to keep it cool. They will be closing August 31. Highly recommend the trilogy of foie gras. Reasonable prices in line with quality. Full review to come.
