I did an exchange thru RCI....we own what is called a vacation membership at a resort in Collingwood Ontario. It is a membership that we pay our maintenance fees, every other year. So,,if we don't go to the condo in Collingwood,,we deposit into RCI....and then we can get exchanges into various places .....SXM is our favourite and we are always waiting for an exchange that suits us. We have stayed at La Vista beach,,Sapphire, the old C.., etc. We have also stayed at Royal Palm once, in a two bedroom which was nice, but that was not on an exchange, we just rented and stayed there. I am probably going to book the 3 bedroom...I agree on 6th floor would be nicer, but like Carol said,,,3 bedroom for that amount of money, is a no brainer. I love, love, love, the location for night life, when I can put the keys away, as I seem to be the chauffeur and I do enjoy some "smart cocktails",,,this way,,we are close to nightlife and restaurants.
