While recently staying at Mt Vernon, we walked past this place and almost no indication it was boo boo jam............the remaining concrete structure looks like a graffiti covered gang hangout in a bombed out city in Syria.
I'm wondering if its condition is triggering any of the action. The fire was quite awhile ago. It needs to be razed regardless.
