The Dutch Side uses standard US 110-130 volt 60Hz current with US standard plugs and outlets. (The French side, on the other hand, uses French standard 220-260 volt current with French standard outlets but uses 60 Hz instead of the European standard 50 Hz so that the two sides can share power during emergencies...it is very easy to change voltage with transformers but changing FREQUENCY is a b**ch! But, as others have said, bring a surge protected GFCI power strip to give you surge protection and more outlets for all your electronic toys' plugs...
