Has anybody else had a problem on the entry form entering your nationality ? The pull down menu is blank and it will not allow us to enter USA manually. any ideas ? All other information works as well as the pull down menus.

I also cannot get the drop down boxes to work. I guess the site is down and will try later.

Look for American rather than USA.

The problem is there is nothing to look for. Pull down menu is blank. Also will not let you enter it manually.

Let me know the outcome as i'm right behind you with filling out the form.

First tried google chrome and then microsoft edge. Microsoft edge was even worse. it did not have any spaces to fill out anything.

Now just tried on my iphone and same results as microsoft edge. The website must be down or undergoing maintenance.

According to this story in the DH, the form is currently being revised, so I expect that it is temporarily not available.

Carol, that is what I also saw. We don't go until February, but hope they have this situation all worked out by then.

Yes, it is. But when I tried to enter the nationality, I couldn’t find Canadian. That is weird. They have all countries listed, except Canada.
