Had a great day at Cupecoy on Wednesday! The water could not have been more perfect! Dinner was at Roma. We shared the tomato & burrata appetizer and it was the best I have ever had! I had the Veal Osso Buco, others had lasagna, a pizza and chicken Parmesan. All meals were incredible! We went and visited with my favorite jeweler, Ravi at JN, and picked up our bling.

On Thursday we went to lunch at Captain Frenchy in Grand Case. Had a lovely lunch with dear friends! Excellent pasta carbonara! Then hung out at Dany’s for a bit.

AC is still out at RI but I’ve been ok with the fan. No idea when it will be fixed…. Not ideal, but not ruining my vacation. We have one more night here then back to our Air b n b in Jordan Village.

We were looking forward to going to Vesna Taverna and finally
made it there tonight.
It was wonderful as always. The mussels for my husband and duck
for me
Coconut custard pie was incredible too.
A very enjoyable evening.

The island seems to be getting quiet.
It was quiet this afternoon at Friars also.
The weather still had a few black clouds, but seems to
be getting less.

Are Nigel and other vendors serving food & drink in Smuggler’s Cove? Is there a portapotty or two today? We missed Miss Patricia when she and other vendors were removed years ago…Is she back, or still at another location?

And we recently learned that Norwegian Cruise Line (and possibly another line) is providing Jeep excursions to Smuggler’s Cove. The Jeeps are picked up at Nanny Cay, the guests drive to SC where they spend an unspecified amount of time, then to Carrot Bay, then up to SkyWorld. Only a 4.5 hr excursion so they aren’t there too long. And the excursion description states there are no restrooms at SC, so it sounds like the beach has not been developed to receive hundreds of day visitors…yet…
Correct? 🤞🙈

Another beautiful day at Mullet!
So nice to see the blue skies again —-and the gorgeous blue water.
You still have to watch the waves.

Great night. We went back to Secret Seafood to see Bobby Barren perform.
He was great. He’s there on Wednesday nights.
Don’t miss him.
The food was very good!

Came home to a note…. We could tell yesterday that it was failing…. I’ll post more when I know more. Not going to let it ruin our vacation!!
